Philosophy:  I believe the health of marriage, relationships, and the strength of the family system are the cornerstones of individual well-being and lasting contentment. My core commitment is to help individuals, couples, and families navigate the inevitable challenges of life. I work with teens and young adults experiencing identity issues, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. I empower each person within the family unit to achieve emotional resilience and foster a nurturing, thriving  environment for all.

Style: I am warm, consistent, and deeply empathetic. I offer compassionate insight and practical, evidence-based support to couples, families, and individuals experiencing marital challenges, relational conflict, parenting stress, or significant life transitions.

Specialties: Couples, parents, co-parents, families, tweens/teens, young adults and LGBTQ+ using Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Psychoeducation and Parenting Strategies.

Experience: My professional background includes over 25 years of experience in coaching, developing, and mediating groups and individuals, skills that translate directly into effective family and marriage counseling. I have successfully transitioned this experience from a corporate setting to one centered entirely on the growth and development of families and individuals.
