Philosophy:  As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that people heal through relationships—both with themselves and with others. I work alongside individuals, couples, and families to explore the deeper reasons behind emotional struggles and behavior patterns. I don’t just focus on the symptoms like anxiety or conflict—I help clients understand what those symptoms are trying to say about their needs, pain, and experiences. I use a therapy model called Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help people build confidence, self-compassion, and healthier relationships. For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners connect more deeply. I also use experiential therapy to support clients in understanding and expressing their experience in real-time. For clients who are interested, I also draw upon faith as a meaningful resource for healing and restoration.

Style: I bring a warm, grounded, compassionate presence to therapy, blending structure and flexibility to meet each client where they are. I listen deeply and reflect carefully, offering clients the space to slow down, explore their internal world, and experience emotional truths with clarity. My work balances curiosity, attunement, and skill-building so that clients feel supported as they navigate hard conversations and meaningful change.

Specialties: Couples Therapy • Parenting • Family Systems • Trauma & PTSD • Addiction Recovery

Experience:  I work with couples and stepfamilies to strengthen connection and navigate conflict. I’ve supported individuals and families through trauma recovery and relational healing, and have provided care in a residential addiction treatment setting. I help clients build insight, emotional regulation, and readiness for long-term change.
