Philosophy: Putting first things, first. Taking better care of ourselves as we seek to care for our relationships is important. Many of us tend to skip our own wellness when life becomes busy. Many of my clients find they are more effective and content when they prioritize their emotional health. I encourage you to take time in counseling to explore your priorities and develop healthy boundaries. My passion is to help others by listening, supporting, and encouraging them to make important choices that can help them throughout their life.

Style: Therapy can be intimidating. My clients are given a safe and judgment-free space to explore feelings and make key decisions. I offer a collaborative therapeutic relationship that is centered on your current needs.

Specialties: I serve children, teens, young adults, couples, and families using several modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Experience: I have facilitated group and individual counseling for those dealing with depression, anxiety, and impulsivity. I specialize in treating mood dysregulation, panic, post-traumatic stress and substance use conditions.
