Philosophy:  As a strength-based counselor, I will help you discover and utilize your strengths and self-compassion to bring about meaningful and lasting change. We work together as a team to create attainable goals and structured plans to foster new healthy habits. I offer a genuine, trusting, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where we can focus on the whole person within all aspects of life. 

 

Style: I utilize a multi-faceted approach including CBT, Strategic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, positive psychology, emotion regulation skills, and more.

Experience: I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals from toddlers to adults in a variety of settings. My experience focused on child development, parenting, couples, and individuals seeking help with anxiety, depression, struggles at home, school performance, and substance abuse.
