1.) Part-Time and Full-time LICENSED (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
2.) Part-Time and Full-time Associate Therapist (MFTA, LMSW or LPCA)

Our office may have a place for you. Adult & Pediatric Counseling Specialists PLLC is a multi-specialty, behavioral health practice located in Sandy Hook, CT. Our practice offers individual, group, couples and family therapy.

Ideal Candidate

• Clinicians who can provide services to a minimum of 15-35 clients per week (evening hours until 9pm and Saturdays from 9am-5pm). Two years experience preferred, but not necessary.

• You must be able to provide consistent, dependable, high-quality counseling for client retention.

• You must be extremely professional and reliable; exercise good judgement; and possess excellent writing skills.

• You must complete accurate clinical notes and treatment plans in our Electronic Health Records (EHR).

• You must adhere to all CT laws and ethical codes for the profession.

• You will interface with patients and community providers on the phone and in person.

• Psychotherapy (adult, child, family, and group)

• Trauma-Informed, Gender-Specific care

• Feeding and Eating Disorders (FED)

• Post-traumatic growth, Solution Focused approach

• Couples/co-parenting communication enhancement

• Academic underperformance and socialization skill development

• Addiction recovery and prevention (adult, child, family and group)

• Pre- and post-divorce guidance

• Blended family support and education

• Depression, anger, aggression

• Anxiety, panic, phobias, compulsions

• Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time

Licensed Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Associate Pay: From $25.00 per hour
